learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri YNagendra, learned counsel representing Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-Corporation, jointly submit that the petitioner has received all the retirement benefits, including final encashment of balance earned leave. In that regard, a copy of proceedings dated 01.08.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, APCPDCL to Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel is placed before this Court. Making the said submissions, they state that the writ petition renders infructuous, as no further orders are required.

3. Recording the submissions made by both the counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
