ML 257 2200..0011..22002255 Ct. No. 18 adeb W.P.A. 24904 of 2023 Uma Kanta Dhar & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Mainak Singha Barma …for the Petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey …for the WBCSSC Grievance of the petitioners centers around not including their names in the interview list prepared by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in connection with participation of the petitioners in 1st State Level Selection Test (Upper Primary) 2016. In terms of the order of the coordinate Bench Commission started 2nd phase of selection process from Rule 12(2) stage and for participation in the said selection process candidates were required to upload their testimonials in 2021. In the present case though it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they uploaded their testimonials at the time of making application online for participation in 1st SLST (Upper Primary) 2016, but there is nothing on record from which it can be inferred that petitioners uploaded their testimonials after commencement of 2 2nd phase of selection process from Rule 12(2) stage. It also does not appear from this writ petition that any dispute was raised to get benefit of grievance redressal mechanism which was set up in order to address the grievances which candidates had in connection with the aforesaid selection process. In view of aforesaid situation no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
