JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 11/12/2025 Pursuant to order of this Court dated 10.12.2025, Mrs. ‘A’ is produced before this Court by Shri Kishore Singh (Sub-Inspector), SHO, Pagariya, District Jhalawar. She is a major married lady with a child. On interaction, she stated that she was in illegal detention of her parents who used to harass and victimise her. She desired not to go either to her parents house or to her matrimonial home. Since, she is major, this habeas corpus is disposed of in following terms: (1) The police authorities are directed to ensure that she reaches the place of her choice safely. (2) The demand draft of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner, pursuant to order of this Court dated 02.12.2025, is directed to be returned to him.
