Dumka, learned D.A.G. with Ms. Sweta Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent Nos.1 & 2. 3. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.190 of 2024 dated 31.05.2024 registered with P.S. Ram Nagar, District Nainital, under Sections 304-A IPC. 4. Before arguing the matter, it is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against three accused persons including petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings under the appropriate provisions. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. A liberty is given to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
