Learned Standing Counsel submits that no substantial material or averment is made in the writ petition against the reason assigned in the impugned order based on factual report about actual working days of the petitioner. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, there is no reason to interfere with reasoned order based on documents about working days of petitioner. 6. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
