Bhandari, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, Additional C.S.C. for the State/respondent nos. 1 to 5. The petitioner claims his retiral dues. It is a case of the petitioner that he was working as a Teacher, who retired on 31.03.2024, but his retiral dues has yet not been paid. Heard. Learned State counsel was required to get instruction. He would submit that the matter was processed for release of all retiral dues to the petitioner, but in the meantime, in the month February, 2025, the petitioner moved an application that he is not inclined to take commutation of his pension, therefore, the bills have been resubmitted. He would submit that the payment shall be made within a month from now. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents/authorities to make payment of all retiral dues to the petitioner within a period of one month.
