Engti, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Y. Riram, learned Government Advocate for the sole respondent. 2. The petitioner in the present proceeding is an Indian Forest Service Officer belonging to the AGMUT cadre. The present proceeding has been Page No.# 2/2 instituted raising a grievance with regard to an Order dated 16.04.2025, relieving the petitioner from the Arunachal segment of the said cadre in pursuance to the order of transfer issued by the cadre controlling authority. The petitioner being an All India Service Officer, his service related grievances would not be permissible to be instituted before this Court as the Court of first instance, and the petitioner is required to approach the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal, which is the court of first instance for redressal of his grievances. 3. Faced with the above situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised. 4. The writ petition accordingly, stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty, as prayed for. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
