In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file application before Sub Court, Hosur for withdrawal of the enhanced award amount and Sub Court, Hosur is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest, if any. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
