This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal/demolition of the structure erected over plot Nos. 67 and 68, which are claimed to be lands of playground and primary school, respectively. 2. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 6 to 9 submits that pertaining to the land in question, comprised in Khasra Nos. 67 and 68, Writ - C No. 18257 of 2024 and Writ - C No. 1848 of 2025 have been filed before this Court, wherein Writ - C No. 18257 of 2024 has been disposed of requiring the notice to be issued by NOIDA to the respondent and requiring him to respond to the same and in Writ - C No. 1848 of 2025, an interim order dated 11.03.2025 has been granted by a coordinate Bench of this Court pertaining to the land in question. 3. In view of the fact that litigation pertaining to the land in question between the Authority and respondent Nos. 6 to 9 is pending consideration, we do not find any reason to entertain the present PIL, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
