ORDER:
1. The
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are calling the petitioner to the police station to settle the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.4. The Deputy Superintendent of Police also
directed the 3'^'* respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 and in this regard he also addressed a letter to Superintendent of Police, Tirupati on 09.04.2025 with regard to calling for the petitioner to police by the 3''^ respondent and also his involvement in pending civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 4*'^ respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Considering the submissions, the respondents 2 and 3 are hereby
directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil disputes between pending between the petitioner and the 4*" respondent, without following the due process of law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
