Learned counsel for the State also opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that as per the postmortem examination report 10 injuries were noted of the deceased of which 06 injuries are entry gun wounds and gun shot. The applicants have motive to commit the offence. It is submitted that there is no reason for false implication. The charge-sheet in the matter has been submitted against the applicants and other co-accused persons which also shows complicity of the said accused persons. 10. After having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is evident that the applicants are named in the first information report and have been assigned the role of firing upon the deceased. The deceased was found to have received six gun shot wounds of entry. The incident is a day light incident which was committed when Panchayat was going on in the village. The presence of witnesses is a natural consequence since Panchayat was going on in the village. The applicants have motive to commit the offence. No ground for bail is made out. 11. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find it a fit case for bail, hence, the bail application is rejected. 12.
