It has been brought to the notice of the Court that before the name of the Arbitrator not only “Hon’ble” but also the word “Justice” has been inadvertently added. 3. Vide order dated 19.12.2025, both the words “Hon’ble” and “Justice” were to be deleted. However, inadvertently only word “Hon’ble” was deleted. Therefore, the word “Justice” is also required to be deleted. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 05.12.2025, stands modified to the extent that, in Para 9, in the second line, the word “Justice” is also ordered to be deleted.
