GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29309 of 2024 ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in withholding an amount of Rs.1,17,56,087/- due to the petitioner towards execution of work done by him. 2. This Court vide order dated 21.01.2025 directing the respondents to release the admitted/specified amounts within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, failing which, the petitioner is entitle to claim interest @ 6% per annum. 3. Subsequently, the petitioner herein filed For Being Mentioned petition in I.A.No.1 of 2025 for changes in the order, dated 21.01.2025 and also filed I.A.No.2 of 2025 for amendment of the prayer in the writ petition. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action and learned counsel also endorsed the same on the bundle to that effect. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. As the main writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are also dismissed.
