THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT AFTER BEING REFFERED BY THE COURT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
2 CONCILIATION ORDER
1. This writ petition is filed by NEKRTC, Ballari questioning the award dated 31.7.2024 passed in KID No.75/2013 by the Labour Court, wherein the claim of the respondent/employee is partly allowed, setting aside the order of dismissal dated 14.2.2013, with a direction to reinstate the respondent/employee into service with continuity of service, with 50% backwages and other reliefs. 2. Today, learned counsel Sri. Lingaraj Maradi for the petitioner/Management and respondent/party-in-person are present and filed a joint memo, wherein the petitioner has agreed to reinstate the respondent/employee into service with continuity of service, without any backwages and consequential benefits from the date of dismissal till date of actual reinstatement, to which the respondent has agreed. 3. The joint memo reads as under:

“The parties to the petition have settled their claim before Lok Adalat on the following terms:
That the petitioner agreed to reinstate the respondent workman into service with continuity of service, but without any backwages and consequential benefits from the date of dismissal till date of actual reinstatement. That the respondent agres to forego 50% backwages awarded by the Labour Court and also interim relief awarded in SLA No.300/2013 before the Industrial Tirbunal, Bangalore. That both the parties are agreed to reinstate the respondent workman into service with continuity of service, but without any backwages and consequential benefits from the date of dismissal till date of actual reinstatement.”
4. The said joint memo is placed on record.
We have perused the original Aadhar Card of the respondent produced by him and we are satisfied with the identity of the respondent/employee. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of joint memo. The petitioner shall reinstate the
4 respondent/employee with continuity of service without any backwages and consequential benefits within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- JUDGE
