ORDER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the
Order dated 24.07.2018 in E.A.No.94 of 2018 in E.P.No.159 of 2016 in O.S.No.110 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore (in short “the court below”). As per e-Courts status report would show that the Part Satisfaction Memo filed for Rs. 11,00,000/- sale was confirmed and also issued Sale Certificate in favour of the auction purchaser. After recording the same, the E.P was closed by the court below.
