learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

Though the petitioner made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitionerrequested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations dated 02.05.2022 and 01.07.2022 submitted by the petitioner.
4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the th respondents furnished written instructions dated 29.04.2025 issued by the 4 respondent, wherein it is stated that;

“5. The reason for filing of present writ petition is that though he has possession over the claimed land, his representations have not been considered, hence sought for direction to consider the representation as prayed for.
6. In this context it is submitted, in due process of law, the petitioner will be issued notice calling for enquiry to produce the purported DKT.No.423/4/1310 dated 31.05.1981 said to be granted and other congnizable documentary evidences.
1. It is further submitted that after hearing the pleading and perusing the documentary evidences, appropriate action will be taken on the representations dt.02.05.2022 and 01.07.2022.” In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader for
5. Revenue appearing for the respondents, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in
“The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do not serve to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioner himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the representations dated 02.05.2022 and 01.07.2022, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction. conscious In the result, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations dated 02.05.2022 and 01.07.2022, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. There shall be no order as to costs.
