No.104833/2024 is disposed of on 05.09.2024 directing the respondents to consider his representations within a period of [8] eight weeks. The complainant’s representation relates to release of grant-in-aid scale. Sri. Praveen K. Uppar, the learned Additional Government Advocate who represents the respondents, has filed a memo along with a copy of the Endorsement dated 01.02.2025. This Endorsement is issued informing the complainant that his appointment will have to be subject to the outcome of the intra-court appeal in W.A. No.100048/2024 and his request cannot be considered during the pendency of this appeal. The learned Additional Government Advocate emphasizes that there is due compliance with the direction and therefore, the complaint may be closed. On perusal of the records, including a copy of the Endorsement dated 01.02.2025 that is placed on record, - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2183-DB CCC No. 100002 of 2025 this Court is of the view that the contempt may be closed but without prejudice to the complainant’s rights to avail remedy against the Endorsement dated 01.02.2025 if there is a cause against the same.
