OMP(M) No. 399 of 2025 The instant application has been filed for condonation of 250 days’ delay in filing the present appeal. It has been averred in the application that the impugned judgment was passed by the learned District Judge Mandi, on 02.12.2024. The certified copy of the same was applied on 11.03.2025 and the same was delivered on 07.05.2025. Thereafter, the office of the applicant/appellant took steps for engaging the counsel for filing the appeal before this Court, and in this process, delay has occurred in filing the instant appeal. The applicant/appellant has further submitted that the delay in filing the present application is neither intentional nor deliberate, but the same has occurred on account of bona fide reasons, as stated in the application. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents have no objection in case the application is allowed. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents have no objection, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
