Heard Mr. Kaustubh Singh Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the case of the applicants. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to pass an appropriate order quashing setting aside the Final report and subsequent proceedings dated 02.01.2023 in Crime No. 466 of 2022 registered with Police Station Saraipali, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh in the interest of justice. (iii) That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the interest of justice, may kindly be awarded.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition as petitioner has already been convicted by the learned trial Court. 3 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
