2. Pleader for Services-ll for respondents. Petitioner working as Village Agricultural Assistant Grade-ll, due to
3. illness stated to have proceeded to sick leave from 13.10.2023 to 25.12.2024. Later, on the request of petitioner, respondent No.3 by proceedings dated 06.01.2025, directed her to report to duty with medical records for taking further action to admit her into services. On producing aforesaid record. respondent No.3 by memo dated 23.01.2025 issued posting orders directing the petitioner to report before the District Agriculture Officer, Anakapalli, who in turn was requested to admit petitioner into services to work at the Gabbada Secretariat at Narsipatnam Mandal. Accordingly, petitioner has reported at said place on 03.02.2025 and petitioner has been discharging duties. h"5wever, she has not been paid salary. Aggrieved by the same, filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made
4. representation dated 07.03.2025 to respondent No.4 for considering her request to pay the salaries, which is stated to be pending and submits that it would suffice to direct for disposal of aforesaid representation . Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents has placed on
5. record written instructions issued by respondent No.4 stating that the matter has been escalated and it is being pursued with Panchayat Secretary, Gabbada, Gabbada Grama Sachivalayarn, Narsipatnam Mandal, where petitioner is discharging duties, for taking steps for drawl of salaries after securing last pay certificate from the earlier place of working i.e., BR Tallavalasa Sachivalayarn of Padmanabham Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. In view of the aforesaid
submissions and having regard to the
6. instructions issued by respondent No.4 that they are actively pursuing the matter for taking steps to ensure petitioner is paid salaries, the writ petition is
disposed by directing respondent No.4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioners representation dated 07.03.2025, in line with the instructions placed on record by ensuring salaries are paid to the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no
