Krishnapal Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.568 of 2009, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Sahaswan, District Buduan, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Sahaswan, District Budaun. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want press present application.
