1. Heard on I.A. No.01, which is an application for exemption from filing of typed copy of annexures from page No. 27 to 36.
2. On due consideration, the same is allowed as the petition itself is being disposed of.
3. The petitioners are praying for the following relief:-
10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities concerned to issue call latter/notice for starting the revenue Inspector Training with respect to departmental Examination conducted vide latter dated 25.09.2023.
10.2. That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent no.5 to submit its report in a time bound manner and thereafter the respondent authority concern may be directed to proceed further with training and appointment of Revenue Inspector.
10.3. Any other relief, deem fit in the present facts and circumstances of this case may also be awarded to the petitioner.

Brief facts of the case are that, the petitioners are presently working as Patwari at different places in the State of Chhattisgarh and all of them have experienced for more than five years on the post of Patwari. The petitioners are not challenging any particular order but they are aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authority in not calling them for revenue Inspector Training, despite the fact that
3 the petitioners have already cleared the departmental exam conducted by the respondent authorities. The training and the appointment of the petitioners have been kept in abeyance without any justification, Hence this petition.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners were selected for promotional post of Revenue Inspector. Even after selection for the post of Revenue Inspector, for which a training was organized wherein the petitioners were required to participate, however even after their selection, they were not being sent for training, as such the petitioners have filed this petition with a limited prayer that the respondent authorities may kindly be
directed to send them for training of Revenue Inspector which is required to be done as they were selected for the post of Revenue Inspector vide Annexure-P/5 in Departmental exam.
6. Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that she has taken instructions from the authority concern and decision will be taken by the authorities within a period of 15 days in respect of sending the petitioners for training.
7. Be that as it may, since the petitioners were selected for the post of Revenue Inspector and therefore, it is incommbandent upon the respondent authorities to send them for training of Revenue Inspector and it is expected that the decision would be taken within a short period and petitioners will be send for training immediately so that
4 they may avail training in respect of Revenue Inspector, which is part and partial of their service.
8. Accordingly the respondent authorities are directed to pass necessary order in respect of the grievance mentioned by the petitioner.
9. With aforesaid observation(s)/direction(s) instant writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
