It appears that the directions in the order of June 27. 2014 has been substantially complied, releasing 27,78,977/- in favour of the petitioners. Such money has been paid to the concerned college, the contemtor No.2, which has not appeared in this proceeding at all. From the memo dated 10th September, 2025 being No. 618(Sanc)DTED-15011(11)/1/ 2025-LAW SEC, it appears that such money has been sanctioned to the college authority. The college authority are directed to release this amount in favour of the petitioners within a period of one week from date. The report filed Mr. Bihani also reiterates that the balance sum of Rs. 2, 18, 390/-, which had been claimed on specific heads could not be released as such head had subsequently changed. However, the report specifies that such amount will be released under appropriate budgetary heads. Let this matter appear in the list for further consideration on November, 14, 2025.
