The prayer of the petitioners is that their representation be considered in light of the principles laid down by this Court in its judgment dated 31st October, 2018, passed in Writ Petition No. 5867 of 2015 (Madhukar s/o Bhavanrao Sadgir and others vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) with connected matters. 5. In view of the above, we direct the respondent no.2 to consider the representation, which was filed by the present petitioners in the light of the judgment and order passed in Writ Petition 5867/2015 (Madhukar s/o Bhavanrao Sadgir and others) (supra) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
