Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that police are not conducting investigation in Cr.No.695/2024 of the Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, N.T.R District for the offences punishable u/s 326, 392, 394, 397, 398, 447, 448, 384, 363,323, 294-B, 342, 386, 506, and 34 r/w Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent- police to conclude the investigation.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court n \ may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
