The respondent nos.1(A) to 1(I), who are the original claimants, have filed this application for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Acquiring Body. 3. Though the leanred Counsel for the Acquiring Body objected for withdrawal of entire amount of compensation, but consideirng the fact that, Reference Court has enhanced the compenstion granted by the Land Acquisition Officer within four times, 75% of the deposited amount of compensation, can be permitted to be withdrawn. 4. In view of the same, the respondent nos.1(A) to 1(I) are permitted to withdraw 75% of the entire deposited amount on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar(Judicial) of this Court, along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon till date. 5. The remaining amount, if any, be invested in 2 28.fa.703.2022 FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis during the pendency of this Appeal. 6. The application is accordingly disposed of.
