Learned State Counsel supplied instructions dated 02.08.2023 to the Court, which are taken on record. On instructions, he submits that against the petitioner- Abhishek Bhandari and two others, namely, Antesh Bhandari and Kanchan Bhandari, charge-sheet has been filed on 24.05.2022 after investigation. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits this fact that charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner and two others. However, he submits before this Court that the charge sheet was challenged by the accused persons, including the petitioner, by filing C-528 Application No. 631 of 2025, Abhishek Bhandari & Others vs. State of Uttarakhand & Another, wherein a compromise was entered into between the parties. Based on the said compromise, the charge-sheet as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2692 of 2022, State vs. Abhishek Bhandari & Others, was quashed by judgment and order dated 04.07.2025, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 2 Accordingly the same is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
