At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents by placing order dated 17.10.2024 submits that the order of this Court in WPC No. 4372 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 has been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been decided i.e. rejected on 17.10.2024. 2. Considering the submission made by the respondents, as the representation of the petitioner has been decided, it appears that order dated 03.09.2024 passed in WPC No. 4372 of 2024 has been complied with in its true spirit. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt petition for proceeding further in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the rule is discharged.
