No.104363/2024 whereunder the following order is passed: “i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) Respondent No.1 shall consider the representation dated 15.03.2024 produced at Annexure-B after verifying third party inspection report and the records and thereafter shall pass appropriate orders. iii) This exercise shall be accomplished within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.” 2. The complainant is before this Court complaining disobedience of the order i.e., non-consideration of the representation dated 15.03.2024. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents/accused files affidavit of accused No.1 enclosing copy of the endorsement dated 27.09.2024 issued to the - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6155-DB CCC No. 100310 of 2024 complainant on consideration of the representation. A perusal of the endorsement indicates consideration of the representation and passing of orders thereon. 4. In view of the above, we are of the considered view that there is substantial compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Hence, further proceeding in this contempt petition is dropped.
