Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Gupta, petitioner in person as well as Mr.S.S. Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers :- “10.1 That, Honble court may set aside impugned order allowing petitioners application under CPC to get PAN & Adhar of absconder from bank with direction to bank to provide these documents to trace absconders assets and locations. 10.2 That, Honble court may direct state and central home department to trace convicted absconder using information given above, arrest interrogate prosecute satish shukla and rajkumar mishra for whereabouts of absconder respondent maksud alam, forfeit property of person ensuring appearance of convicted absconder for bai form court to appeal before appellate authority and CBI to arrest convicted absconder respondent n. 3 and fetch details of his assets. Honble court may allow publication of fugitive notice with picture for reward to person providing information about convicted absconder respondent maksud alam and satish shukla. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue direction, or may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief by issuing any other suitable writ, direction or order, deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case including cost of petition.” 3. From perusal of the aforesaid prayers, it transpires that the same is misconceived. 3 4. At this stage, petitioner in person prays to withdraw the instant petitioner as when he was questioned about the prayers made in the petition, he could not give plausible reply to the same. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before appropriate forum.
