As noticed by this Court in its order dated 12.08.2016 that the petitioner's services were terminated by the Principal vide order dated 27.03.2006 and the said order was approved by District Inspector of Schools, Farrukhabad vide proceedings dated 24.04.2006. It came to know that the petitioner has never challenged those orders which are still subsisting. 2. In view of the termination of service of the petitioner, the prayer for release of salary has no basis.
