Thereafter, the advocate notice was ordered. 3. The advocate notice has been returned with an endorsement that the petitioner has sold his house and shifted to another place. 4. It would, therefore, be impossible for the Registry to secure the correct address of the petitioner to effectuate the service of the advocate notice. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition. Hence, the petition is DISMISSED for NON-PROSECUTION. Rule is discharged.
