The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief: to issue a Writ order or direction more particulariy one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus deciaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 and their officials n trying to dispossess the Petitioner from the land admeasuring Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.408/22-AA situated in Daida Village, Gurazala Mandal, Palnadu District, without conducting any enquiry and without giving an opportunity to the Petitioner to put-forth her illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice, violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner from the subject land and pass...."(in verbatim) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 3'"^ respondent office approached the petitioner on 26.04.2025 and served a notice dated 16.04.2025, stating that the 3^'^ respondent intended to conduct an enquiry on the ground that the subject land is not a private land and it is a Government poramboku land and informed the petitioner to attend enquiry 02.05.2025. case as 2. 3. on Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without inviting any explanation, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. 4. 3 NV^ W.P. NO. 11320 OF 2025 On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue 5. submits that if the petitioner submitted any explanation, the respondent would consider the same in accordance with law. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to participate in the enquiry pursuant to the notice dated 16.04.2025 and submit her explanation/proof of documents to substantiate her rights over the subject property. After such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders, if any, in accordance with law. 7. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the property of the petitioner. No costs.
