Heard Sri Anup Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for applicants, Sri Vijay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 as well as the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the complaint dated 01.04.2017 as well as summoning order dated 20.11.2017, and the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1677 of 2017; titled Hridesh Yadav vs. Dharmendra Patel and others, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj, on the basis of compromise, so far it relates to the present applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.08.2025 passed by this Court, both the parties filed compromise deed before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj, and the concerned court vide its order dated 06.09.2025 verified the said compromise in the presence of the applicants and opposite party no. 2, copy of which is annexed as Annexure- S.A.-1 to the short counter affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that since the parties have entered into compromise, which has also been verified by the trial court, therefore, no useful purpose would be served, if the proceedings of the aforesaid case go on further. Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anup Kumar Pandey, Prabhakar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Vijay Kumar Dubey Dharmendra Patel And 2 Others .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, is also present. He has no objection to the statement, made above. 6. In view of the above, it is deemed proper and meet the ends of justice that the proceeding of the aforementioned case be quashed. 7. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands allowed, keeping in view the compromise made by the applicants as well as opposite party no. 2. The entire proceedings of the complaint dated 01.04.2017 as well as summoning order dated 20.11.2017, and the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1677 of 2017; titled Hridesh Yadav vs. Dharmendra Patel and others, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj, as also the entire proceedings of the said case is hereby quashed, so far as it relates to the applicants herein.
