It has been averred in the application that the impugned judgment was passed by the learned District Judge Mandi, on 04.06.2024. The certified copy of the same was applied on 01.07.2024 and the same was delivered on 29.08.2024. After receipt of the copy, the applicant sought authorization for filing the present appeal, and in this process, delay has occurred. The applicant/appellant has further submitted that the delay in filing the present application is neither intentional nor deliberate, but the same has occurred on account of bona fide reasons, as stated in the application. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents have no objection in case the application is allowed. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents have no objection, the present application is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
