Sum of Rs.10,000/- is tendered by the revision petitioner to learned counsel for the respondent. Same is acknowledged in the order sheet. A memo is filed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Memo reads as under:
“Herein the memo on behalf of the revision petitioner is as under:
The revision petitioner has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.4,15,000/- in 3 part/installment 1st part sum of Rs.1,38,444/- will be paid on 30th April 2025, 2nd part will be paid on 30th May 2025 and 3rd part will be paid on 30th June 2025 to the respondent. The respondent have agreed to same installement and the petitioner has agreed to pay the sum of Rs.4,15,000/- and same may kindly be accepted. Hence, this memo.”
Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of.
It is made clear that if the agreed compensation is not paid, order of the learned Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court stands restored automatically. - 3 -

Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant/respondent under due identification.
