JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 4 24-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 03.12.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9717 of 2015, wherein this Court had passed the following order:- “Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of benefit on the line the benefit was extended to the employees of the S.K.Sinha Womens’ College, Motihari vide Annexure-9 to the writ petition. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents University and the State at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.” 2. Opposite party no. 5 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph no. 7, it has been stated as under:- “7. That in compliance of the orders of the Hon’ble High Court and in light of the representation of Sri Raj Kishore Ray and Ors. dated 17.12.2018, the record was examined and Reasoned Order has been passed by the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.” 3. On perusal of paragraph no.7 of the show cause Patna High Court MJC No.1876 of 2019(4) dt.24-04-2025 3/3 filed by opposite party no.5, I find that the order dated 03.12.2018, passed in C.W.J.C.
