This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been preferred against order dated 17.01.2024, passed by the A.C.J.M, Court No.13, Azamgarh in Complaint Case No.3581 of 2024 (Daya Shankar Vs. Surendra), under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506, 452 IPC, Police Station- Aharaula, District- Azamgarh, pending before the Court of A.C.J.M, Court No.13, Azamgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and the applicant is willing to appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the trial Court to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted to the applicant till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears/ surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of two weeks from today or till the applicant surrenders before the court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case. 5.
