The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in FIR No.623 dated 05.12.2024 registered under Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, at Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 01.05.2025 is made absolute.
