learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused in Crime No. 151 of 2024 on the file of the Gurazala Police Station, Palnadu District for the offences punishable under Section 126(2) 115(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Itjs submitted that the petitioner is facing trial in M.C.No.10 of 2019 before the Gurajala Court. On 13.08.2024, the petitioner came from Odisha to depose in the said case. It is stated that the petitioner was attacked by
