The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 37/2024, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. In the intervening night of 07/08.09.2024, motorcycle of the informant parked outside Makchanda More was stolen away by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner, from the house of his brother-in-law. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2024 and the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. Mr. Abhay Kr Tiwari, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Taljhari P.S.
