On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents representing APSPDCL forwarded the written instructions dated 23.12.2025 issued by the Deputy General Manager/Panels, which reveals that the petitioner, viz. K.Naveen Kumar, was finally allotted to TGSPDCL as per the conclusion report of One Man Committee. 4. Taking into consideration the written instructions submitted by the learned standing counsel vide letter dated 23.12.2025, by making it as part of record, and also recording the submissions made by him, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in accordance with law. 8. There shall be no order as to costs.
