Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3. In case, the petitioner files an apt motion before the authority/forum concerned within a period of 01 month from today, the latter concerned, shall make its all endeavours to decide the same within a period of 02 months, thereafter, after giving an adequate opportunity to hearing to the parties concerned.
