The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to them in case FIR No.2 dated 15.01.2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS (Offence under Section 118(2) of BNS added later on), at Police Station Bhadaur, District Barnala (Annexure P- 1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 3. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 01.05.2025, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
