1. At the outset, today learned counsel for petitioner placed a memo before the Court dated 23.09.2025 which is taken on record and submits that in the light of memo issued by the Collector and the
order passed by the Regional Officer, Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board, Raigarh, dated 22.08.2025, the present writ petition has become infrctuous.
2. The State Counsel does not oppose the same.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition, if any new cause of action arises. Sd/-
