1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed by the petitioners is directed against an interlocutory order dated 30.07.2025, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu (“the Tribunal”) in OA No. 1082/2025 (Leh) titled “Irfan Ahmad and Ors. vs. Health and Medical Education Department UT of Ladakh and Ors”, whereby the Tribunal has declined to issue any relief in the interim application.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for a while submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to respondents to consider and take a decision on the representation, claimed to have been filed by the petitioners, for seeking amendment in the UT of Ladakh, Health and Medical (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules, 2021 issued vide SO 38 dated 10.09.2021.

In view of the aforesaid and regard being had to the limited prayer made, this petition is disposed of by providing that the respondents shall consider the representation, if any, filed by the petitioners for seeking amendment in the UT of Ladakh, Health and Medical (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules, 2021 on its merits and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date this
order is passed. This shall be the interim order in the OA which is pending adjudication before the Tribunal.
