By virtue of the present application, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), petitioner seeks restoration of the present petition as also restoration of interim stay granted vide order dated 08.08.2022 in CRL.M.A.15644/2022. 2. Considering the assertions made in the present application as also since the petitioner is a man of humble needs, the present application is allowed, albeit, subject to the petitioner depositing Costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with the Delhi Police Welfare Society Fund [Account No.18200100001081 and IFSC Code-UCBA0001820] within a period of two weeks from today. Acknowledgement slip qua the payment of Costs be supplied to the concerned Investigating Officer within a period of three days thereafter. This is a digitally signed order.
