The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have married against the wishes of respondent claim themselves to be major and seek protection to their life and liberty. Without commenting on the validity of the marriage allegedly performed by the petitioners and entering upon an exercise to evaluate t evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, I dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation petitioners (Annexure P receipt of a copy of this ord to their life and liberty in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this order shall not be taken to protect the petitioners from legal action for violation of law, if any committed by them.
