JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 04-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State. 2. This is an application for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner, who has been made an accused by the court of Learned District & Additional Session Judge-l, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani. in connection with Session Trial No. 574/2023 arising out of Khutauna P.S Case no. 4/2023 dated 09.01.2023 registered for offences u/s 302,120(B) of Indian Panel Code as well as 27 Arms Act. 3. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 79638 of 2023. 4. The informant stated that the wife of the deceased Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33495 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 had illicit relation with the petitioner and one year prior to the occurrence, she eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner, in collusion with wife of the deceased, murdered the deceased. 5. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege for bail.
