(Oral) Applicant Danish is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No. 508 of 2024, under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3, 5 & 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Piran Kaliyar, District Haridwar. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail; it is a case of parity. 4. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
